曝氣裝置

鈦合金曝氣盤分為盤體和盤面，盤體一般為不銹鋼材質，盤面是純鈦金屬粉末經冷等靜壓、真空燒結而形成的多孔（微孔1um）材料，再經過不同的組合方式制作而成的氣體投加裝置。
常用的曝氣盤規格有DN100和DN150兩種，根據氣量及服務面積等調整。

除了上述圖片中常見的曝氣盤之外，還有兩類也有用到：一類是管式曝氣頭：主要由管狀多孔鈦材料與密質鈦焊接而成，可直接與主管螺紋連接；另一類是球面曝氣頭，由多孔鈦球冠與密質鈦焊接而成，可直接與主管螺紋連接．公司也可根據用戶需求定制。
